Services
We provide US tax preparation, IRS representation, tax resolution, amended returns, ITIN services, US business formation, tax planning, and IRS notice assistance. Specific engagement terms are set out in a separate engagement letter for each client.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to prepare returns or deliver services.
Fees & payment
Fees are quoted in advance based on scope of work. Payment terms are provided in your engagement letter or invoice.
Confidentiality
All client information is held in strict confidence and disclosed only as required by law or with client consent.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
